Justine Cronk

St. Augustine Volleyball is proud to introduce Coach Cronk. Coach Cronk brings a varied background of indoor and beach volleyball experience to the SAV coaching staff. As a former player and coach, she has been involved with the sport of volleyball for 20+ years. For nearly 15 years of which she played for competitive indoor leagues including middle school, high school, club, collegiate, and professional volleyball- both domestically and abroad.

Coach Cronk played at Flagler College for four years and helped lead the team to a conference title, a regional championship, and a Final Four appearance, all in the school’s inaugural year in the NCAA DII Peach Belt Conference. As an outside hitter for the Saints, she was awarded with many accolades along the way, including All-Region and All-Conference honors, and also holds just about every offensive school record. She was inducted into the Flagler College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2024. After college, Coach Cronk went on to play at the international Bundesliga level for an indoor team in Austria for two seasons. In 2012 she was a member of both the inaugural women’s professional indoor team in Florida and the U26 USA beach national training team.

Captivated by the athleticism, competitiveness, and team aspects of the game Coach Cronk strives to teach and inspire young athletes lessons in both physicality and life. As a SAV coach she hopes to give back to the community by relaying her passion for the sport in a way that impacts her students on and off the court/sand.
